PERFECT HEALTH FOR LIFE RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your product.
NOTE: Requests for return/refund will not be accepted for personalized items. All sales are final for these products, except if they are defective.
Defective Product: Perfect Health For Life wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the website all the way to the product you select. Product is deemed defective from Perfect Health For Life. All defective products should be shipped back to Perfect Health For Life (Please, refer to section B) for return procedures) where our quality control department will examine it and if it is considered defective by Perfect Health For Life standards, we will immediately ship your replacement or refund your money. Do not use the product. This will void out any acceptable return to Perfect Health For Life.
NOTE: Any items returned that do not abide by these guidelines will be sent back to the customer at his or her expense. Remember, all Returns must be submitted within 45 days of the Invoice date. Returns received after 45 days may also be returned to the customer at the discretion of Perfect Health For Life.
A) Distributor Repurchases (Buy Back):
Upon cancellation or termination of the Distributor Agreement, Distributors may return for refund products and sales aids (marketing tools) that he or she personally purchased from PerfectHealth4Life.com that are in resalable condition and were purchased within 1 year prior to the date of cancellation (no time limit in MA, GA, LA, and WY) at 60% of the Distributor’s net cost, less appropriate setoffs and legal claims. Any items that have been clearly identified at the time of sale as non-returnable, discontinued, or as seasonal items shall not be considered resalable.
To be eligible for refund Product Packs or sets must be returned complete; individual components will not be refunded.
Upon acceptance of resalable products and sales aids (marketing tools), after our quality control department examine it and if they are considered resalable through Perfect Health For Life standards, the Distributor will be reimbursed 60% of net cost of the original purchase price(s) in the same form as the original payment was submitted. Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Montana Residents Only: Montana residents may cancel their Distributor Agreement and return their Business Kit for a full refund of all consideration paid within 15 days from the date of enrollment.
B) Procedures for Returns
To Return a product, you must:
Contact Distributor Support at firstname.lastname@example.org,
Provide them with the original invoice number,
Notify them of the product(s) being returned,
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and
Clearly print the RMA number in indelible ink on the outside of the box. Packages without visible RMA numbers will not accepted by Perfect Health For Life.
You are responsible for pre-paying all shipping costs related to the returned items to be sent. The Company does not accept shipping-collect packages.
You are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages. If returned product is not received by Perfect Health For Life, it is your responsibility trace the shipment.
By visiting PerfectHealth4Life.com, you agree that the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern any dispute specifically regarding these Conditions of Use, other than Distributor rights on cancellation returns, that might arise between you and Perfect Health For Life.
