To understand this. We need to know what Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) is and how it reacts to STRESS.

First let’s talk a little about stress and why The Alpha Male X is uniquely formulated. Stress is our reaction to our external, as well as our internal environment such as pain, inflammation, even thoughts and feelings. Stress is our body's natural response to dangers, commonly known as our "fight or flight" mechanism. This response involves a complex biochemical/hormonal process, including our stress hormone cortisol.
